Have the child do the thumbs up gesture with each hand. Then, have them fist bump their hands with their knuckles facing their chest. The left hand will make the shape of the lower case "b" and the right hand will make the shape of the lower case "d." You can also have them say "buenos (pause) días" or "bed" while doing the fist bump gesture.
